Refund Policy

Refunds

We offer refunds for the first payment of a new subscription if you request it within 7 days of the charge. After 7 days, or for renewals and top-ups, we generally do not offer refunds—except where required by law or at our discretion (e.g. service failure).

How to request a refund

Email us at support@breezyclaw.com with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. We will process valid requests within a reasonable time; refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the Polar customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period.
