We collect: (a) account data—email, name (via Clerk); (b) payment and subscription data—processed by Polar.sh (we do not store card numbers); (c) product usage—plan, AI model and channel choices, bot tokens (stored encrypted), and credit usage; (d) technical data—IP address, browser, and basic analytics if enabled.
We use your data to provide the service (deploying your AI agent, billing, support), to improve the product, and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.
Data is stored on Neon (database), Vercel (app), and DigitalOcean (agent infrastructure). We use encryption for sensitive fields (e.g. API keys). Payment data is handled by Polar and its processors.
We use cookies and similar tech for authentication (Clerk), session management, and, if enabled, analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.
